Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of Process Engineering for the Dallas or Midland, TX area. The role leads and develops process engineers, drives regional priorities, and ensures safe, compliant gas plant operations.

You will partner with Operations, Projects and Reliability to optimize performance and deliver value. Ideal candidates have experience in gas treating, dehydration, cryogenic processing, and process modeling, with a strong focus on safety, incidents, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience leading, supervising or developing engineers.
• Strong knowledge of gas plant operations and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop Process Engineers within the region.
• Oversee prioritization of work and resource planning for safety and value.
• Coordinate process engineering support with Operations, Commercial, Projects Engineering, Reliability and others.
• Ensure process safety and regulatory compliance activities are integrated into operations.
