Job summary

ONEOK, Inc in Tulsa/Houston area is seeking an Operations Engineering Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for engineering activities across pipeline and facility assets in the Refined Products and Crude Oil segments. You will mentor teams, guide project execution, manage risk, and coordinate across Asset Integrity, Environmental, and Operations groups.

The role emphasizes leading operations engineering with a focus on safety, reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting pipeline systems, hydrocarbon processing, terminals, or related facilities is preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervision, project management, or cross-functional team leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees by establishing clear performance expectations and aligning work with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support for pipeline and facility engineering activities.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to advance pipeline and facility engineering programs, reliability, project execution, and operational support.
• Lead engineering support and response for operational issues, including releases, abnormal operations, and regulatory inspections.
• Manage the project life cycle for capital and expense work, including scope development, cost and schedule planning, and funding requests.
• Travel 25% to facilities, pipeline locations, and project sites during critical work.
