ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a high-caliber Supervisor of Process Engineers in Dallas, TX to lead a regional team responsible for gas plant operations including gas treating, dehydration and cryogenic processing.

You will guide performance management, priority setting, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Projects and Commercial teams. Responsibilities include process safety, regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency, reliability and project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading, supervising, coaching or developing engineers or other technical professionals.
• Experience prioritizing technical work, allocating resources and coordinating engineering support.
• Experience with process safety management and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop Process Engineers within the assigned region.
• Establish regional Process Engineering priorities and oversee resource utilization.
• Maintain awareness of regional operating performance and support safe, reliable operation.
• Coordinate process engineering with Operations, Commercial, Projects Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders regarding priorities and risks.
• Promote adherence to engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support project and business development activities with FEED, scoping and testing.
