Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Supervising Process Engineer to lead and develop a team of Process Engineers across the Midland region.

The role emphasizes safety-first operations, regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements in gas plant operations, including dehydration, gas treating, and cryogenic processing. The ideal candidate will oversee performance analyses, scope development, and project support in a fast-evolving midstream environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop Process Engineers within the assigned region.
• Establish regional priorities, oversee staffing, and allocate resources with safety and operational risk in mind.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Projects Engineering, Reliability, Environmental, and Automation teams.
• Ensure process safety, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations support.
• Support project development including opportunity screening, FEED, and commissioning.
• Monitor regional performance, budgets, and engineering workload; drive optimization and profitability.
