• Manage documentation and execution of experimental requests on pilot lines with proper controls.
• Monitor pilot line performance, identify trends, and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Interpret data to assess variability, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee transfer and sustaining of processes and equipment from development to pilot operations.
