Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO, onsite, seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of 5+ engineers and own end-to-end process lifecycle from development to production readiness. You will standardize SOPs, drive documentation quality, and ensure rigorous process controls in energetic materials manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering or a Master's with 3 years of experience, or 15 years hands-on experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading/process qualification efforts in manufacturing, including defining controls and production readiness documentation.
• Proven ability to author, standardize, and govern technical documentation to a consistent voice.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce documentation standards across SOPs, work instructions, and specs.
• Lead a team of 5+ process engineers toward a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
• Mentor engineers in fundamentals, standards, and best practices for documentation and process engineering.
• Own end-to-end process lifecycle from development through qualification and sustained production.
