Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and own the end-to-end process lifecycle from development through production readiness and sustained production.

You will enforce documentation standards, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Safety, and Compliance to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading process qualification efforts and production readiness documentation.
• Proven ability to author, standardize, and govern SOPs and process specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ process engineers and senior engineers with a focus on documentation quality and process rigor.
• Own end-to-end process lifecycle from development to production readiness and sustained production.
• Enforce standards across production operations and drive corrective actions cross-functionally.
• Standardize Voyager-format SOPs into a unified documentation system for onboarding and training.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements and report on process metrics (yield, defects, cycle time, SOP compliance).
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for planning, budgeting and milestones.
