Job summary

Voyager Technologies, located onsite in Pueblo, CO, seeks a Process Engineering Manager to standardize documentation and lead a team of 5+ engineers across the full process lifecycle from development to production readiness.

The role centers on energetic materials and solid rocket motor manufacturing, definition of process controls and qualification gates enabling full‑rate production; cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Safety, and Compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 5 years of process/manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading process qualification efforts and documenting standards.
• Strong knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce Voyager Energetics documentation standard across SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead a team of 5+ process engineers and senior engineers.
• Mentor engineers in fundamentals, standards, and best practices.
• Own end-to-end process lifecycle from development to production readiness and sustaining.
