Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to be located onsite in Pueblo, CO. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process lifecycle for manufacturing solid rocket motors, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and extensive experience in process engineering, with strong skills in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. A commitment to safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience leading process development and scale-up.
• Ability to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process lifecycle from development to production readiness.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors.
• Mentor junior engineers in safe handling of materials.
