Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team to implement manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Deploy best practices for process control and improve yields.
• Document processes into work instructions, training guides and tests.
• Provide weekly updates to program coordinator and corporate leads.
• Benchmark against external standards and industry best practices and propose improvements.
• Leads capital project efforts to resolve production capacity and technology capability issues.
• Present project updates to local leadership and participate in corporate trade shows.
• Participates in internal design reviews to ensure compatibility of processing techniques to meet customer needs.
• Limited travel required for workshops and trade shows.
