Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an aspiring Process Engineer to join our Green Bay paper mill as an Engineering Co-op for 2 periods in 2027. The role focuses on supporting process innovation, efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

As a Koch company, interns gain real-world experience with hands-on projects and opportunities to learn about our principles, health and safety standards, and the broader Koch network across locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Experience using data to solve problems.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to improve process efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Contribute to quality assurance and safety/compliance efforts in the plant.
• Gain real-world experience through hands-on projects and problem solving within Koch systems.
