Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an aspiring Process Engineer Co-op to join the Green Bay paper mill operations for up to two co-op periods (Spring, Summer, and/or Fall 2027). You will work in a manufacturing setting to support process improvement, equipment reliability, and quality assurance while focusing on safety and compliance.

This program offers hands-on experience and exposure to Koch's Principles Based Management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering degree program.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Experience utilizing data to solve problems.
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering in a manufacturing facility to improve efficiency, reliability and quality.
• Participate in hands-on projects, problem solving and ownership of assigned tasks.

Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking an aspiring Process Engineer to join the team at our Green Bay paper mill operations as an Engineering Co-op. The ideal candidate will be seeking to join for 2 Co-op periods (Spring, Summer, and/or Fall 2027).

What You Will Do

Engineering Co-Ops are likely in a manufacturing facility, to help support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance, with a large overarching focus on compliance, safety and health. At Koch, interns/co-op's gain real-world, hands-on experience in the industry field, with the opportunity to tackle significant projects, problem-solve, and take ownership of their work. Alongside your day-to-day role, the program offers an opportunity to learn more about Koch, our people, Principle Based Management, and all while growing your network.
