Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Green Bay is seeking an aspiring Mechanical Engineer to join as an Engineering Co-op for two co-op periods (Spring, Summer, and/or Fall 2027). You will support manufacturing operations, focusing on process improvement, equipment reliability, and safety.

You will gain hands-on experience in a Koch company environment, tackle real projects, learn about Principle Based Management, and build your professional network across our network.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or related program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Experience utilizing data to solve problems.
• Eligible for full-time employment by Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability and quality assurance.
• Assist with safety compliance and health standards in a manufacturing setting.
