You will gain hands-on experience in Koch companies and learn about Principle Based Management while building your professional network. This co-op is open for two periods in 2027 (Spring, Summer, and/or Fall) with potential conversion to full-time

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Electrical Engineering or related program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical or electronic equipment.
• Available for two co-op periods in 2027 (Spring, Summer, and/or Fall).

Responsibilities

• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance in a manufacturing facility.
• Learn Koch principles and network, gaining real-world hands-on experience in the industry.
• Contribute to projects with ownership and problem-solving responsibilities.
