Job summary

This hands-on program emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on project work, with opportunities to learn Koch principles and collaborate across our manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Experience utilizing data to solve problems.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting.
