Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an aspiring Electrical Engineer for an Engineering Co-op at our Green Bay paper mill. This position supports manufacturing operations during Spring, Summer, and/or Fall 2027 across two co-op terms.

You will work on real projects in a fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience in process improvement and equipment reliability. As a student in Electrical Engineering or related field, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, learn Koch’s Principle Based

Qualifications

• Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical or electronic equipment.
• Experience utilizing data to solve problems.
• Eligible for co-op employment during Spring, Summer, and/or Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical engineering initiatives in manufacturing operations at the Green Bay mill.
• Contribute to process improvement, equipment reliability and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tackle real-world projects and learn Koch/GP practices.
