Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Fall 2027 Mechanical Engineering Co-op to join our manufacturing team. You will own real projects, design or select equipment, and support the governance of our equipment system while gaining hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and strategy.

As part of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you’ll mentor with seasoned engineers, lead project execution, and present outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates currently enrolled in a full-time Mechanical Engineering program or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SolidWorks/AutoCAD is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to vendors and other Coffee Plants in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design or select equipment or modifications to equipment.
• Support the equipment governance system.
• Lead project execution.
• Develop and execute equipment acceptance testing.
