Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Spartanburg, SC invites applications for the Fall 2027 Mechanical Engineering Co-op. You will own real projects, design or select equipment, and work with experienced engineers to gain hands-on manufacturing and supply chain experience.

The program runs July 12– December 3, 2027, offers mentorship, and culminates with presenting your project to senior leaders. 40 hours/week, onsite, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time ME program or closely related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication (listening, written, verbal) abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Willingness to travel to vendors and other Coffee Plants in the US and Canada.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; SolidWorks/AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design or select equipment or modifications to equipment.
• Support our equipment governance system.
• Lead project execution.
• Develop and execute equipment acceptance testing.
