Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Fall 2027 Process Engineer Co-op in Knoxville, TN. You will work in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment on high-impact projects and gain professional growth within the KDP 2027 Winter program (July 2027–July 2028).

The role involves TPM and Lean activities, equipment startups, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentorship and development opportunities throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program.
• Majoring in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related manufacturing field.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of operational plans and projects, including DMS for day-to-day ops.
• Support TPM implementation and Lean activities and participate in Kaizen events.
• Contribute to safety, quality, production, and cost targets.
• Prepare standard reports to communicate results to all levels including senior management.
• Analyze downtime data and help maintain action plans using lean methods.
