Job summary

Qualifications
- ABET-accredited Chemical Engineering degree required.
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills.
- Team collaboration and initiative are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations including daily process monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Lead or participate in Process Safety Management activities (PHA, PSSR, etc.).
- Provide engineering expertise on reactors, heat and mass transfer, and related systems.
- Initiate Management of Change to improve safety, quality, environment, or cost.
- Mentor and train operations staff and review procedures.
- Support capital projects and ensure equipment meets process requirements.
