Job summary

Amcor is seeking a process engineer to provide technical support for safe, efficient manufacturing operations in our AFNA facility. You will help drive improvements in conversion costs, quality, and waste reduction, while maintaining strong safety standards and partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–3 years of experience, with hands-on training in equipment installations, modifications, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience with process improvement and problem solving.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority while improving quality and productivity.
• Support World Class Operations Management implementation.
• Investigate causes of process and quality problems and develop solutions.
• Train machine operators on new equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with plant engineers to boost productivity and reduce waste.
