Job summary

Amcor, a global leader in packaging, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to drive technical and process engineering across our manufacturing operations. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support development of new products, and work with production planning, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams to optimize processes and ensure reliable production.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration, with a path toward world-class operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Five to seven years of experience in an engineering or process role in a flexible packaging converting operation.
• Lean manufacturing training and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process engineering services to support development and commercialization of new products.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and world-class operations management methodologies.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to align schedules with minimal customer impact.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues; implement corrective actions and document root causes.
• Develop and validate trials, scale-ups, and process validations for manufacturing.
