Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a manufacturing engineer to maintain safety and improve manufacturing operations. The role focuses on reducing waste and improving productivity in our AFNA facility.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial) with 3-5 years of experience, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with solid Excel/Word/Outlook/SharePoint proficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of flexible packaging products and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports World Class Operations Management as an active team member.
• Investigates causes of process and production issues and develops solutions.
• Trains operators on new equipment installations and procedures.
• Maintains standard operating conditions to ensure consistency in processing.
