Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group's CertainTeed unit is seeking a Process Engineer to support Technical and Quality teams in refining manufacturing processes. You will apply engineering principles, SPC, and Lean methods to reduce variation, improve yields, and support continuous improvement across roofing manufacturing.

You will analyze data, develop and optimize processes, troubleshoot issues with operations, maintenance, and quality teams, and lead CAPA and process monitoring efforts to drive efficiency and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• 2-3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/industrial environment; roofing/building materials exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and apply SPC/DOE to identify and reduce variation.
• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup.
• Troubleshoot with operations, maintenance, and quality teams; implement CAPA.
• Conduct process flow studies and simulations to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Provide clear process documentation and training to hourly and salaried teammates.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and TPM initiatives to drive cost reduction and yields.
