Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope, Fishers, IN, seeks a Senior Product Development and Process Engineer to lead lifecycle development of next‑generation commercial roofing systems. You will blend polymer science with manufacturing and customer insights to design, model, test, and scale TPO, EPDM, and ISO materials.

You will collaborate with R&D, operations and procurement to deliver on time, while advancing safety and environmental policies across the plant and field performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of polymer formulation and process development experience.
• Experience in commercial roofing or building materials.
• Expertise with TPO, EPDM, and ISO polymers.
• Proficiency with polymer characterization techniques and FEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and development of roofing products from concept to commercialization.
• Use systems engineering to ensure components work cohesively under stresses.
• Translate market needs into innovative technical solutions.
• Perform CAE simulations and rigorous physical testing to validate designs.
