Job summary

Westlake Roofing and Stone is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to develop, configure, and optimize our industrial manufacturing processes from inception through start-up. In this role, you will bridge engineering and plant operations—analyzing production data, troubleshooting equipment, and leading process improvement projects.

You will ensure our systems deliver high-quality products meeting internal specs and customer requirements, with SAP BOMs, MS Project, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Define product and process specifications and BOMs in SAP.
• Manage project scope, timelines and budgets with PMs.
• Analyze data, run trials, support process certifications.
• Provide plant technical support and training materials.
