• Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SPC and data analysis.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
