Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Process Engineer in Spring Lake, MI to optimize manufacturing processes, develop new production methods, and analyze data to drive efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, with a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, process control, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, flowcharts, and SOPs.
• Monitor process performance through data analysis and SPC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and improvement.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and environmental regulations within processes.

Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience
