Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Green Belt or equivalent Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Proficient in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of process control systems (DCS/PLC) and instrumentation.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency, cost savings, or quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for deviations and quality issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products and processes in production.
• Monitor KPIs and use SPC to ensure process stability and capability.
• Evaluate and select new equipment and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
