Job summary

ATI is hiring a Process Engineer for the Brackenridge, PA hot rolling finishing facility. The role focuses on PC&A systems, monitoring process performance, quality, and mill health to support safe, stable operations.

You will work with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to investigate issues, implement adjustments within authority, and drive continuous improvement across the process control landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with Process Control & Automation (PC&A) systems is a plus.
• Strong safety and quality mindset in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Level 1 systems, Level 2 process models, MES, and related PC&A systems.
• Monitor process performance, product quality, and mill health to ensure safe, stable operation.
• Provide first-line technical support for production and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
