ATI is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit at the Washington, PA facility. You will lead and develop a team of process engineers responsible for process quality, CoPQ management, and improvements aligned with customer needs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 5 years progressive career experience with project management background.
• 3 years product and/or process development experience in metal industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers responsible for process quality and improvement across Washington and MRZ processes.
• Manage CoPQ, process quality and improvements to support competitive advantage and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance to internal and external quality standards and coordinate audits.
• Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements including yield and delivery performance.
