Job summary

ATI is seeking a Process Control & Automation Engineer to support the Hot Rolling Process Facility in Brackenridge, PA. You will design, configure, implement and integrate PLC, SCADA, HMI and PCS7-driven control systems to optimize safety, reliability and efficiency.

The role focuses on applying advanced process control strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership on capital projects while maintaining comprehensive documentation and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, ECE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot challenges to recommend continuous improvement strategies and solutions
• Apply advanced engineering principles and process control strategies to improve operating efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process control models and methods
• Provide technical expertise in support of capital projects, process evaluation and project modifications
• Ensure process documentation is regularly developed and maintained
