You will provide process engineering support to Nafion IXM unit operations and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Technology teams to troubleshoot, optimize safety, quality, yield, and uptime.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in chemical/industrial continuous‑process manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve safety, reliability, quality, yield, or cost.

Aufgaben

• Provide process engineering support for Nafion IXM unit operations.
• Provide engineering expertise for project work per specs and standards.
• Lead changes to improve process safety, product quality, environmental performance, and costs.
• Troubleshoot with Operations and Maintenance and train plant personnel.
• Drive process, quality, yield, reliability, capacity, and cost improvements.
• Participate in Process Safety Management activities including PHA and incident investigations.
• Plan/manufacture trials for new products and continuous improvement, with documentation.
