Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience leading engineering projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering diagrams and reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency of specialty lubricants/compounds.
- Oversee major projects within the Engineering department.
- Evaluate processes by designing, testing, and applying method improvements.
- Improve workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout.
- Collaborate with quality to implement new products and procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production to ensure reliability and safety.
