Job summary

You will troubleshoot, improve procedures, and provide technical support to multiple engineering and service teams. The position requires a four-year technical degree with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and expert CAD/ SolidWorks skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree with 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Expert level in CAD drafting and company standard software.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and scheduling/engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new or revised production processes.
• Provide technical assistance across Engineering, Marketing, Service Parts and Field Service.
• Generate product improvements to reduce costs and improve reliability.
• Support welding specs and joint design; ensure manufacturing quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize manufacturability and logistics.
