Job summary

FUCHS Lubricants Co., the U.S. operating unit of Fuchs Petrolub SE, is seeking a Process Engineer in Huntington, WV.

You will lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency of specialty lubricants and compounds, and collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to implement new processes. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering, strong project management, and experience with process diagrams (PFDs and P&IDs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read mathematical functions and interpret data.
• Experience with process diagrams (PFDs and P&IDs) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve the manufacturing efficiency of specialty lubricants and compounds.
• Oversee major projects within the Engineering department.
• Design and evaluate process procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with quality to implement new products and procedures.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
