Job summary

Hennigenclosuresystems is seeking a Process Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity while reducing costs and waste. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or process optimization with ERP/MES/SCADA experience.

You will analyze existing processes, develop improvements, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/production/process optimization experience.
• Experience with ERP, MES, or SCADA systems.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production and operational processes.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Monitor process performance using data analysis and KPIs.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
