Job summary

  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
  • Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process optimization. Experience with ERP, MES, or SCADA systems.
  • Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English
Skills:
  • Project management skills required.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, GMP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with process control and automation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
