• Auditing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support for EB, PAM, and VAR processes.
• Implement/monitor Statistical Process Control for critical melt and process parameters.
• Influence and gain commitment across all levels of the organization.
• Initiate or support new melt processes or engineering technologies.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize throughput.
• Support or implement MOC and MPE for melting related activities.
• Use data to drive improvements and maintain control plans.
• Assist with customer complaints, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintain process documents and procedures.
• Participate in internal audit programs.
