Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Pennsylvania seeks a Process Engineer to analyze and optimize industrial processes, initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive cost reductions and capital projects.

You will work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with Plant Engineering/Maintenance to enhance productivity, quality and safety.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and project management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed.
• Coordinate outside contractors on safety and procedures.
• Provide technical support for equipment and processes.
• Manage engineering/maintenance projects from cradle to grave.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and evaluate improvements.
