Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Jefferson, Wisconsin, seeks a Process Engineer (Production Engineering Specialist) to implement, control, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.

You will work with Production and Engineering to raise performance, set equipment standards, and drive continuous improvement under Nestlé’s TPM framework. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field or an Associate’s with significant manufacturing/process experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of project/process management experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
  • Associate’s degree with 5+ years of project/process management experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze loss data to identify and prioritize projects in the factory's continuous improvement plan.
  • Initiate, lead, and modify process/equipment improvements to increase throughput and reduce scrap.
  • Drive and mobilize resources to perform problem solving on systems or equipment (FMEA, Six Sigma).
  • Participate in design, commissioning, and startup of new equipment/processes.
  • Create and improve standards to sustain high-performing production processes and train operators/technicians.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and other factories to share best practices.
