Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Science.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing, plant engineering, or capital projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and data.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Safety-minded with on-floor focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through commissioning, startup, and handoff.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, action plans, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, and contractors.
• Support capital equipment installations and production startups.
• Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor understanding issues.
• Apply metallurgical and mechanical principles to materials and processes.
• Review drawings, specs, data, and supplier documentation.
• Lead meetings and communicate status, risks, next steps.
