Job summary

firstPRO 360 is seeking a Process Engineer to support plant operations through hands-on troubleshooting, process improvement, and CI initiatives. You will partner with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership to identify problems and drive improvements from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate has a BS, 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, process safety, RCA, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial facility.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with equipment/process design, capital projects, and facility improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process safety principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership.

This Process Engineer will spend significant time on the manufacturing floor partnering with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive improvements from concept through execution.
