Job summary

Interactive Resources LLC is seeking a Process Engineer Manager to coordinate and execute process improvement projects in our manufacturing plant, focusing on safety, efficiency, uptime and reliability. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct process capability studies, design equipment upgrades, manage capital projects, and develop SOPs, while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year technical degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering with process engineering focus.
4–8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging/injection stretch blow molding.
Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute process improvement projects to meet safety, efficiency, uptime and reliability goals.
Conduct process capability studies and develop action plans for equipment improvements.
Design, retrofit and install equipment to improve uptime and quality while reducing waste.
Manage capital projects, budgets, and vendor/contractor oversight.
Develop SOPs and train operators on equipment usage.
