We’re partnering with a growing chemical manufacturing organization seeking a Process Engineer to support plant optimization, capital projects, and operational improvement initiatives.

This role offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a direct impact on safety, efficiency, and production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support capital projects from scope development through commissioning
• Own and update P&IDs, SOPs, and process documentation
• Drive PSM efforts including HAZOP, MOC, and risk mitigation
• Troubleshoot plant issues and improve reliability and yield
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams

Ideal Background

• 5–15+ years in chemical or industrial manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of unit operations (reactors, distillation, heat exchangers, etc.)
• Experience with capital project execution and plant startups preferred
• Working knowledge of PSM and regulatory compliance
