Qualificações

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with manufacturing process development and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production.
• Lead improvements using structured problem solving and DOE to reduce costs and variation.
• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and mentor operators.
