Job summary

You will support and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements. Responsibilities include documentation, change control, daily process learning, and interaction with operators and leadership to communicate plans.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical skills to collect, interpret data and identify trends.
• Proven problem-solving with cross-functional teams and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support various stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SOPs and process control; know when to escalate.
