Materion Brush is seeking a Process Engineer II to provide engineering support and leadership in process control, quality improvement, and cost efficiency. You will lead efforts to troubleshoot processes, reduce cycle times, improve yields, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and R&D to scale up manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 2–5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support and leadership in process control, troubleshooting, cost improvement, and product quality.
• Investigate and propose new production equipment and automation to improve and scale-up processes.
• Work with operators, maintenance, quality, management, R&D, and planning to accomplish tasks.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Advanced degree is a plus
