The ideal candidate has a metallurgy or materials engineering background and strong analytical skills. You will analyze production data, lead root‑cause investigations, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production to drive continuous improvement using

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years in metals manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize process parameters for melting, casting, and forming.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production to resolve process issues.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions by defining process requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Participate in safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Train operators on new equipment and process changes.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, yield, throughput and cost.
