Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Process Engineer II to support development of manufacturing processes and battery designs for New Product Development at the Medtronic Energy and Component Center (MECC) for Cardiac Rhythm Management. This role will work onsite at least 4 days a week and engage cross-functional teams.

You will design transfer, validate processes, and ensure safety, quality, yield, and OEE while collaborating with Design, Operations, Quality, and Reliability. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with limited experience.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes for regulated industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes for battery manufacturing in a regulated setting.
• Collaborate with design, operations, quality, and reliability teams.
• Plan process validation, including OQ/PQ and SPC activities.
• Support equipment design and transfer to manufacturing.
